Shipping methods
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centre in Alberta, Canada. Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day. All orders may require up to 72 hours or 3 business days for processing from the time they are placed, pending stock availability and credit card verification.
We offer two (2) shipping methods within Canada and to the continental United States:
- Standard: within 6 to 8 day delivery after the order has been confirmed.
- Express: within 2 day delivery after the order has been confirmed.
Each order can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.
At this time we do not offer shipping to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Any PO Box, Military Post Office or Freight Forwarding Company.
Free Shipping for purchase above $150 or US150
Modesta offers complimentary standard shipping on purchase above $150 within Canada or above US$150 to USA before any applicable sales taxes. If you are using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order subtotal after the discount code is applied to your order.
Complimentary standard shipping is not available for orders to Northwest Territories or Yukon.

International shipping
For International orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact us for information on the shipping charge prior to placing your order. We are working in being able to provide you the International shipping rate automatically at checkout soon. We thank you for your patience.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ship to countries with warmer climates.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an error with your order, or, if you receive the wrong products, please contact info@maudymodesta.com immediately within 72 hours or 3 business days after the delivery of the order.
Please note, we do not offer replacement of products that are purchased from anywhere other than maudymodesta.com.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. Please send the photographic proof of the damaged products along with the order confirmation, your email address and phone number to info@maudymodesta.com within 7 days after the delivery of the order. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Refusal of delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on maudymodesta.com, the package will be returned to our fulfillment centre. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
